Fish Lake Hike

--Hike into Fish Lake, January 21-22, 2006

1. 
   Two day trip with Richard Provan and Michael Pealow (and his dog Nanook)... First picture is of myself in front of a setting sun. Early sunrise and sunset in the mountains means very few hours of actual sunlight.
   
   I travelled with a -20 C sleeping bag, an old red & black wool blanket and a poly tarp. The evening was a bit on the chilly side...my next sleep under the northern stars will be warmer for certain.
   
   We hiked down Fish Lake and then went north over a pass and into the next valley where a smaller lake was located (uncertain of name).
